mishcon 2025 (description for website) Marthoma Institute of Speech and Hearing successfully organized a one-day CRE-MISHCON on 2nd August 2025. Dr. Santhosh Simon, Assistant Professor, Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders, Illinois State University, graced the event as the chief guest. The conference featured insightful sessions by eminent professionals from the field of speech and hearing, including Dr. Chanchal Chaudhary, Ms. Laxme Janardhanan, Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Santhosh Maruthy, and others.
The event witnessed participation from 212 rehabilitation professionals and students from across South India. Additionally, 10 scientific papers were presented by professionals and students representing various teaching and non-teaching institutions.

Marthoma institute of speech and hearing had successfully organized two days CRE-MISHCON on 5th and 6th of August 2023 at CPCRI, Kasaragod. Prof. Dr. B Rajshekhar, Founder & Former Dean Manipal college of allied health professionals, was the chief guest of the conference and 6 eminent and leading professionals from the speech and hearing field (Dr.SPGoswami , Dr. GopeeKrishnan, Dr. GaganBajaj, Dr. Sudhin K, Ms. Srimathy Narasimhan and Dr. Abhishek VP) enlightened the sessions by sharing their knowledge. 250 participants from different parts of South India, including rehabilitation professionals and students, participated in the conference . 23Scientific papers were presented by professionals and students from different teaching and non-teaching Institution across South India.
Marthoma Institute of Speech and Hearing had successfully co-organized KSBISHACON2019(approved as CRE by Rehabilitation council of India)on 26th and 27Oct 2019. Mrs.Gayathri Raveesh(RCI south zone chair person)and Dr.Asheel Mohammed (Director, Kerala social security mission) were the chief guests of the event. The organizing team was really happy to host 300 delegates from various institutes, hospitals and private clinics. Eminent resource speakers from various specializations shared their knowledge and experience with the gathering. A productive panel_menu discussion was carried out on cochlear implantation. More than 40 oral & poster scientific papers were presented during the conference.
